If preferred, you can also search for your own materials from another supplier. In this case we will simply create your quote without the cost of material included.
We encourage domestic clients to send along photos of their furniture so we can get a sense of their upholstery and installation needs. For larger projects and commercial jobs we’ll generally request elevations or plans, and whenever necessary we will go to the project site to take measurements and discuss the project with the client.
Beyond our typical upholstering, we can also replace sagging foam in seat cushions and we offer services to have your fabric scotch guarded, fire treated, or backed.
Once we know the nature of your furniture, the material you’ve selected, and any additional upholstery needs you require, we can put together a quote for your project within 24 hours.
We can turn around an upholstery project as fast as the client needs it. In the past we have picked up furniture in the evening or after a business closes and delivered it back within 24-48 hours. We understand the need for fast turnaround to avoid interruptions to your business, and we work hard to always honor our deadlines.
As for delivery, you can choose to bring your furniture to us yourself or we can pick it up at your convenience. We’ll estimate the pick-up fee prior to beginning the project and add the charge to your final invoice.
